About us
We started CRoopyGroupy because too many good teams were being run on tribal knowledge and half-remembered org charts. Somebody always knew "who owns what" — until they left, got busy, or simply forgot. We wanted that knowledge to live somewhere real: mapped, versioned, and easy for anyone to read at a glance.
Our mission is simple: turn the tangle of departments, roles, and hand-offs inside a growing team into something you can actually see. Instead of guessing where a project stalls or who signs off next, you get a structured map of how the work really flows — and where it doesn't.
Inside the app you lay out departments, ownership areas, and workflow stages, then connect them with dependency and communication routes so the whole operating model sits in one place. Layer in review sessions, milestones, and reusable role templates as your team grows.

Privacy policy
Your organizational maps are yours alone. CRoopyGroupy is built so that every department layout, role library, workflow diagram, and note you create stays on your device — nothing is collected, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone.
We collect nothing. There are no user accounts, sign-ups, names, emails, or location data requested by the app. Every department, role, workflow stage, dependency map, checklist, and milestone you build stays inside the app on your own device.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, or sold. There's no tracking of how you structure teams or run reviews. Comparison views and gap checks run entirely on-device, using only data already on your machine.
All content — org charts, ownership assignments, role libraries, revision history, and milestones — is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no server that ever receives a copy of your work.
CRoopyGroupy does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No data leaves the app to be processed by outside services of any kind.
Because your information never travels off your device, there's nothing to intercept in transit and no external database to breach. We recommend standard device-level protections like a passcode or biometric lock.
CRoopyGroupy does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection occurs at all, the app is compliant with COPPA by design.
You are always in full control of your data. Everything lives on your device, so you can edit, export, or delete any organizational map at any time. Deleting the app removes all associated data — there are no accounts or backups elsewhere.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or clarify existing practices. The effective date at the top will always show the most recent revision.
